On the edge of the Vosges Natural Park, in the heart of the Alsatian countryside,La Merisecombines tradition and refinement. The restaurant is an elegant andwelcoming place, where a love of nature and the local region is evidentthroughout. Opened in 2016, the restaurant received its first Michelin star in2018 and its second in 2021. At thehelm are Christelle and Cédric Deckert,respectively manager and chef of the restaurant.
